Please check the box below and follow the steps on the next page to securely store your credit card. You will receive confirmation that your card information has been received and will receive a receipt for payment within 48 hours.

As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your purchases at event.

I authorize Life Learning Academy to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
